Our manufacturing unit is in Surat (India), trading overseas offices are in Dubai & Hong Kong. We've these overseas offices to maintain the supply chain globally in a smooth manner. In India, we have a retail outlet in Dwarka New Delhi for maintaining the online and offline sales across pan India.

No, we do not offer any additional discounts. Our all inclusive MRP is lower than most stores. Our products are self manufactured with no overhead like rent, inventory costs, etc. We are able to pass on this benefit to all our customers by way of honest and competitive prices.

Delivery

Taj Solitaires provides free shipping on all items within India.

For orders within India, our delivery date depends on the product selected as well as the shipping address provided by you. We have several products under the Same Day Shipping section. These are ready to ship products and will be delivered to your address within 2 to 10 business days. The rest of our products are 'Made to Order' and it takes us 2 to 19 business days to safely deliver these jewellery pieces to you. This includes the time taken to individually handcraft each product and ship it to your delivery address. Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and festive holidays.

We process the national delivery only through reputed insured couriers. Please check if we deliver to your pincode. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Your jewellery is shipped in durable, tamper-proof packing that ensures that the contents remain intact. Your jewellery is fully insured till it reaches your doorstep, and we only work with reputed and established courier services for orders within India. Please do not accept any package that has been tampered with.

Returns and Exchanges

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Taj Solitaires- There may be certain orders that Taj Solitaires cannot accept, and therefore, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order. Some reasons may include limitation on quantity available, errors in pricing or product information or certain issues identified by our fraud avoidance department or any such issue which we at our sole discretion identify to be not at par for accepting the order. We also reserve the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders in any such/other cases if required. We will notify you in case your order has been cancelled fully or partially or if anything additionally required to accept your order.

Cancellation by Customer- Once the order is placed, it can only be cancelled before it is shipped to the provided destination. Customers can always check the status of their order by contacting us at care@TajSolitaires.com. Once cancellation request is received, your amount with us stands as advance and you will be only allowed to purchase any product available with us on TajSolitaires.com or at any physical store. In any case, refund of amount will not be entertained. Neither the client can ask for additional interest of amount kept with us as advance for whatsoever time.

Exchange/Return Policy for TajSolitaires.com (Online Purchase)

Inspite of the fact that whether the product is purchased from our company (through any mode) or not, it is the sole discretion of company to exchange or return the product or not in any case.

Company gives guarantee for quality of gold, diamond and any other precious metal/gems. But at no point in time company shall replace free of cost, repay or give guarantee as to the falling of gold, diamond or any other precious or semi-precious metal/gems/stones in any situation whatsoever.

In case of international orders, we do not accept any exchanges or return of products in any case.

Domestic Clients are allowed just once to exchange their products purchased from TajSolitaires.com within 7 days time after delivery is done provided all the products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered and unused along with invoice and all other things provided along with the products. We shall not entertain any request after 7 days from the date of receipt of the product, or if products are altered/used/defected. In any case, products purchased from TajSolitaires.com (online) won't be refunded/returned in any case.

Exchange/Return Policy for Taj Solitaires Authorised Stores

All the repair, cleaning, exchange, return and all other queries related to the products purchased from Taj Solitaires Authorised Stores (Offline Physical Stores) shall be entertained by that particular authorised retail itself and not Taj Solitaires (company) in any case whatsoever. Their policies are their sole discretion and customer is bound to accept their all policies related to exchange, return, repairs, cleaning, valuation, guarantee, deductions, discounts, and all other policies whatsoever. Contact them directly.

PAN CARD proof is mandatory for orders above Rs 2,00,000/-. Order will be cancelled if the customer fails to provide the same

Resizing of rings can be done by us with nominal charges. But it can't be done under certain conditions where design doesn't allow it to be resized.

It is the sole discretion of company to amend any policy at any point of time regarding the exchange and return without any prior notice to anyone.

For all international orders, your cart value should be minimum of $200 and maximum of $10000, which is inclusive of all shipping and handling charges.

Payments are accepted through PayPal payment gateway only as of now.

You will receive your order within 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.

The shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations. For Jewellery we charge $99 and for Watches & Accessories we charge $60. All products/consignments are dispatched on “Delivery Duty Unpaid ” (DDU) basis.

After Purchase Questions

We offer complimentary ring resizing within 7 days from shipping date. If the design doesn't permit resizing, we will replace the ring free of cost with a new ring of the new size. Beyond 7 days from date of shipping, if the design permits, we can resize the ring for a small charge. This is applicable for orders within India only.

If there are any problems with the quality of the workmanship of your piece we'll repair it free of charge and pay the shipping too. If you damage a piece, we'll repair it for you for a very reasonable fee plus shipping: we want you to enjoy your piece, not have it sitting in a box!.

Of course, but we don't recommend it. We can't accept returns of items that have been modified by someone else.
